September 07, 2017 Roads after Hurricane Lidia September 07, 2017/ Ruben Andrews The roads in and out of San Juanico are passable as of Tuesday September 5. There was some rain and strong wind in San Juanico but little damage. Lidia dropped a lot of rain in the mountains and the arroyos ran for a couple of days.
